FORUMS AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION

"Forum" means a chat area or message board. The Forums shall be used only in a noncommercial manner. You shall not, without the express approval of TinyScrapbooks.com, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, promotion, advertising, or solicitation for goods or services. SCRAPBOOKS

Scrapbooks were submitted by various people from all over the world, including our own staff. They are meant to be shared but we have some restrictions on their use.

Ways you may use these scrapbooks:

You may print them and share them with people in your own home, in schools (both public and private), daycare centers, scouts, youth groups (including church groups) nursing homes, and other community groups. You may reproduce them and hand them out to any of the previously mentioned groups, so long as you are doing this for free. Please make sure your handouts include the contributor information (if available) and our copyright notice and site URL.

Ways that the scrapbook instructions may NOT be used:

In a nutshell, do not make a profit by repackaging our members scrapbook instructions. Do not publish these scrapbooks in books or publications that will be sold without permission. Do not put them into scrapbook kits that will be sold. Do not copy and post them on your Web sites - please feel free to link to our craft indexes, but do not take the html pages. Recommendations that people visit the site and information about our content is fine - in books or on Web sites - but you may not reproduce entire projects.

These scrapbooks and images are protected by all copyright laws, and we need to protect the rights of our contributors and Tinyscrapbooks.com. Please play nice, so we can continue to offer this service.

The scrapbook instructions are guidelines. TinyScrapbooks.com cannot be held responsible for what you do with them and your own scrapbooking materials. We strongly suggest making the scrapbook before offering it to groups, and appreciate Feedback if instructions are not clear or any tips you might have to add.
